As we weren’t allowed to go ashore we haven’t seen them but we are very well aware that they were not far. Depending on the wind direction and weather we could hear the “hauling monkeys” hauling all the way to the boat. And if the wind was light and from shore, we could also smell them which was not the nicest experience as the smell is really obnoxious.
