We fully respected out quarantine situation and followed by the book. We were not allowed to enter the country and clear in and so we stayed at the boat the whole time. Not an easy task but we like to believe we managed it very well. It even helps not to know what would be waiting for you ashore or even in the next bay – to stay happy with what you have.
On the bright side, no need of wearing shoes or long sleeve shirts/trousers for months. No going to the supermarket or being stuck in traffic.
As mentioned before, I really want to come back to Costa Rica one day and discover the country and see more than just the same sandy beach from the distance…
