It’s end of October and after a great time in the Chesapeake Bay, we have arrived in the area of Norfolk, Virginia. It is time to get ready for sailing south towards the sunny islands of the Caribbeans. The area is great for last preparations before the trip.
The anchorage close to downtown Norfolk has offered us a safe anchorage with lots going on on the water and some beautiful sunny days with clear cold air recently. Those conditions offered us beautiful sunrises/sunsets and cloud formations.
Moonwave got spotted from the “Navel Hospital” recently and the “photographer” was so kind to share the pictures with us. Thank you very much…
